Quick chat

Site blueprint

A 10-minute questionnaire becomes a full strategy, your pages, messaging, placeholder content, and design direction - so you can see the plan before I build a thing.

Design & development

Your site takes shape in WordPress with a private staging link so you can watch it come together. No waiting three months to see something. Once you've supplied all your information and content it will be done inside of two weeks.

Launch + support

I handle the launch, then you get a handover call, a walkthrough video if needed, and the confidence that your hosting, security, and support are looked after by my trusted technical partners.

What I’ll need from you

Less than you think. I handle strategy, design, content, and the build… but there are a few things that make the whole process work.

Completed questionnaire

10 minutes of your time. Your answers drive the strategy, content, and design direction for the entire project.

Logo + brand assets

Your logo in vector format if possible, brand colours, and any existing guidelines or collateral you have. (If you don't have this, I can help).

Photos + imagery

Company/brand photos and imagery if you have them. If not, I offer commercial photography as an add-on or can source quality stock.

Copy + content

If needed, your site ships with initial placeholder copy based on your discovery answers. You'll review and refine it to make it yours. Professional copywriting is available as an add-on.

Timely feedback

The 2-week build only works if feedback comes back promptly. I'll always tell you exactly what I need and when.

How much does a website cost?

Essentials is $4,900 + GST for up to 5 pages. Professional is $6,900 + GST for up to 10 pages. Both are fixed-price, you’ll know exactly what it costs before we start, and that number won’t change. Payment is 50% to kick things off, balance before go-live.

How long does the whole thing take?

Most sites are live within 3–4 weeks from the day we connect. The build itself takes about two weeks. The variable is how quickly you can get me your content, photos, and feedback. I’ll give you a simple checklist of exactly what I need, and once that’s in, we move fast. No months of back-and-forth.

I don't know what I want... is that OK?

That’s completely normal and honestly it’s fine. Most of my clients come in knowing they need a better website but not knowing exactly what that looks like. That’s literally my job. The questionnaire and blueprint process is designed to draw out what your business needs, even if you can’t articulate it yet. By the time you see the site blueprint/concept, you’ll know exactly what you’re getting and you’ll wonder how I knew what you wanted before you did.

Do I need to write content for my new site?

If you can, or already have it – great! If not… your questionnaire answers feed directly into the site blueprint, and from there I can generate placeholder copy for every page. It’s structured, on-brand, and gives you a strong starting point… but it will need your review and refinement to make sure it sounds like you and accurately represents your business. Most clients can work through this in an afternoon. If you’d prefer fully polished, publish-ready copy, I offer professional copywriting as an add-on. That typically adds 1-2 weeks to the timeline.

What do I actually need to provide?

Less than you think. You fill out a 10-minute questionnaire about your business, send me your logo, brand colours, and any professional photos you have. I use your answers to build the strategy, the content structure, and some placeholder text copy (or I can connect you with my trusted copywriter) so you’re not starting from a blank page. If you don’t have professional photos, I offer commercial photography as an add-on.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Any brand assets, business information, strategy documents, or content you share with me during the discovery or build process are treated as strictly confidential – whether we end up working together or not. I won’t share your materials with anyone, use them for other projects, or reference your business publicly without your written permission. Your trust is the foundation of how I work.

What counts as a revision?

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback, design and content changes like colours, layout tweaks, wording updates, and image swaps. Structural changes like adding new pages or changing the site architecture are quoted separately.

Can the timeline be faster?

Sometimes. The biggest variable is how quickly feedback comes back. If you’re responsive, the site can, at times, go live in under two weeks. I’ll give you a realistic timeline on our first call.

Can you redesign my existing site?

Absolutely. I’ll review your current site, discuss what’s working and what isn’t, and build a fresh WordPress site using the same process as a new build. Your existing content and any SEO value can be carried across.

What happens after my site goes live?

You get a handover call where I walk you through everything, plus a video you can refer back to anytime. My technical partner handles ongoing hosting, security, daily backups, WordPress core updates, monitoring and support.

What if I need more than what's included in your packages?

Just ask. The two packages cover what most businesses need, but I know not every project fits neatly into a box. If you need brand design before we start, professional photography to fill the site, professional copywriting, or an e-commerce build on Shopify, those are all things I am happy to discuss. We’ll scope it properly on our first call so you know exactly what’s involved and what it costs. I’d rather build you the right thing than squeeze you into a package that doesn’t fit.
